My Story
1997 was a difficult time for the Asian economy.
Countries like South Korea, Indonesia, and Singapore was seeing huge growth in the prior years. It even merited some countries in the region to be called ‘tiger economies’.
But in the summer of 1997, the so-called “Asian Contagion” started, prompting the tiger economies’ stocks and currencies to plummet to a 70% loss.
The Philippines is no stranger to this crisis. In fact, the Philippines experienced an 18-20% price drop in property sales compared to its neighboring countries.
Nobody was buying properties. And yet that’s when I chose to start my career as a real estate broker.
It wasn’t an easy choice, but I knew that it was the perfect time for me to start. After all, every crisis brings new opportunities to grow.
As the years passed, real estate has boomed into a growing industry thanks to the growing middle class and remittances from Overseas Filipino Workers.
And in that time, I have helped Filipinos connect with the best real estate brokers in the Philippines through Re/Max Philippines.
I have also taught thousands of Filipinos about wealth management, asset management, and property management through events and workshops.
As a PRC licensed real estate broker, my goal is to help every Filipino get access to better financial opportunities through real estate.
